Our retail showrooms offer you the opportunity to ‘try before you buy’ so you’re able to make the right decision.

So, this means we have a very tight return policy to ‘change of mind’ as the same as our retail stores. If you get the furniture delivered and you don’t like it, we’re always happy to work with you and find a solution, but you must understand you cannot ask us to pay the return freight and refund your money. If you order has been custom order, we cannot offer an exchange for ‘change of mind’.

Freight charges are non refundable and cannot be used as credit (delivery or return)

If the product arrives to you damaged, you must contact us with 24hours to discuss.
